My Story
My name is Ruby Ritchie, an insurance agent with HFS INS Agency. I have been a licensed
agent since 2003, and I specialize in commercial business insurance, but also licensed in
property, casualty, health, and life insurance. Treating people well and following through has
been key to my success.
Raised on a dairy farm in Comstock, I learned the value of hard work and community. I
graduated from Cumberland High School and cherish my upbringing. Northwest Wisconsin is
beautiful, and I am a country girl, true and true. I always loved having horses and trail riding as
much as possible, deer hunting and enjoying nature.
My husband Jay and I have two amazing children, Amber and Patrick, and the sweetest
daughter-in-law, Kari. We love outdoors with activities like camping, trail riding, snowmobiling,
and country festivals, but spending time with family and friends is my favorite.
My Prop is a planner because I love planning events and bringing people together, which aligns
with my role in planning your insurance needs. It would be an honor to ensure you, and your
family are protected.
