Hi, I’m Tracy! I’m a proud mom to an awesome little girl and part of the Hoff Financial team, focusing on personal lines insurance. Born and raised in Almena, I’ve lived in Minnesota, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco — but there’s no place like home. When I’m not helping families protect what matters, you’ll find me coaching high school softball or cheering from the sidelines. I love connecting with people and making insurance simple. My Story
Hi, I’m Tracy!

I’m a proud mom to an incredible little girl and part of the Hoff Financial Services team, specializing in personal lines insurance.
I was born and raised in the Almena area, but after high school, I spread my wings and headed to college in Minnesota. My journey didn’t stop there- I spent time living in both Pittsburgh, PA and San Francisco, CA before ultimately coming back home. There’s just something special about small-town roots.
Now, I combine my love for community, connection, and coaching- on and off the field. I’m a high school softball coach and a passionate educator when it comes to insurance. Softball has played a huge role in shaping my mindset- teaching me how to lead, compete, and stay strong no matter what life throws my way.
